This sheet is included to allow the user to plan the Accutrak^tm installation. Since you will probably desire to make corrections to the layout of your system as you begin penciling in the devices you wish to monitor with your system, you may want to make several copies of this sheet before you begin.

We suggest you begin by writing into the spaces provided the names of the devices to be monitored. Attention should be paid to the commons since Accutrak^tm Input Cards provide one common for the first four inputs on a card and another for the second four inputs.

After you are satisfied with the basic layout on this sheet, then fill in the input sheets with detail on the wiring and device connection detail.
